The Z Fellows Newsletter - March 24, 2025
Welcome back to the Z Fellows newsletter! Every Monday we share 3 ideas - to help you build companies, ship products, and create your life's work.

1: Notes on creativity from Socratica
Socratica is an open collective of makers, artists, founders, researchers, designers, and everything in-between, who provide a welcoming environment for people to work in their ideas at their earliest stages. Here’s their advice on how to help inspire ideas:

2: Shopify’s founder on maximizing human potential
Tobias Lütke is the founder of Shopify. He holds unique beliefs about human capacity and limitless growth, and offers great advice for maximizing our potential.
"I really, really, really think that there is not a single person on this planet who is even close to being at their maximum potential.
The reason why we're not performing at this level is a series of ideas, maybe certain approaches for cultivating our skills and our crafts that have not yet been discovered and therefore we could not take advantage of them. Very often it's honestly just like it's an environment that just narrows the focus on fairly unambitious things, at which point you get stuck competing with literally everyone else in the world because everyone's unambitious.
Realize the world's full of lies about human potential and progress."
